Workshop - Airborne Lidar Technology and Applications bar

June 20-21, 2007

Workshop Objectives:
The primary objective of this workshop is to educate attendees on airborne Light Detection and Ranging (lidar) technology and its potential applications within the Northern Gulf of Mexico landscape. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to discuss possible collaborations in the acquisition and application of lidar data, with focus on investigations of the geomorphological structure, ecological function, and hazard vulnerability of the northern Gulf Coast.
